The thought that started EverShee
I am the founder of EverShee, a physiotherapy professional with over 20 years of experience across clinical physiotherapy and the corporate sector. Throughout my journey, work was more than a role - it shaped my identity through purposeful service, teamwork, learning, meaningful conversations, shared achievements, celebrations and a deep sense of belonging.
When I resigned from my job and stepped into a career break, I experienced emotions I had not expected. Although I was surrounded by family, I deeply missed the vibrance of my professional world - the team spirit, daily interactions, shared achievements and the feeling of being part of a dynamic working community. I also carried a quiet guilt for taking time for myself, after years of being committed to productivity and responsibility.
During this phase, I realized that many women, especially after 30, experience similar transitions silently. Homemakers, working professionals, mothers, caregivers, women on a break, or those restarting their journey often long for a trusted circle where they can speak openly, feel understood, celebrate themselves and prioritize their well-being.
Women carry many roles across family, work, home, health, emotions and expectations. In the midst of this, self-care, wellness, friendships, celebrations and personal growth often move to the background.
This experience became the inspiration behind EverShee.
EverShee was created as a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental community for women beyond 30 - a space to share experiences, routines, challenges, celebrations and personal journeys.
Through EverShee, my vision is to build a circle where women feel connected, valued, and heard, while gaining encouragement to learn, grow and elevate themselves in their personal and professional lives.
EverShee is more than a community. It is a reminder that every woman deserves time, care, connection, celebration, growth and a space where she truly belongs.
